I was so excited to get to go back and do 6 month photos for this little guy! I was there just a few months ago and he has gotten sooo big! I love his sweet little face. I love the love you can easily see between this family. They know they have such a precious gift in this little boy. AND His momma did such an awesome job putting together his outfits! I went to high school with Kristi, so when she asked me to do her engagement pictures I gladly said that I would. We met in Alexandria, Virginia where she now lives. Kristi and her fiance, Justin are awesome! They were so much fun to be with and were up for anything! Kristi, congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding! I'm so glad we have put our karaoke days behind us!

Family Photo Shoot; Princeton, New Jersey

 It was a privilege to get to do a family session with this AMAZING family in Princeton over the weekend. I have known Kristi since our teaching days at TCS, now we are both blessed to be home raising our children. Here are a few of my favorites! Christopher Turns One!!

      I can't believe my baby boy is turning one in a couple days! There are so many things I want to remember about your first year of life....like the all the sounds you make (we've named them Christopher Noises...somewhere between grunting and cackling), the way you get so excited to see Nicholas in the morning, how you scrunch up your nose when you smile as if you know I can't say no to that face. There are times I feel like this year flew by (and times I feel like you should be 20).

     I am so impressed by the way the smallest thing on the floor will end up in you mouth, how you manage to eat  that much sand at the beach and look as though you enjoy it, and by how you always enjoy playing with everything but your toys. I love your little personality and am excited to watch you grow up into the Man God wants you to be. Happy Birthday Baby Boy! You keep us on our toes!!

I am not gonna lie...I LOVE newborns! I especially love this newborn! I got to take pictures of little Joshua last week. His momma is one of my dearest friends and I was honored and delighted to get to spend the afternoon capturing this time in his life that will go way too fast. Joshua made taking pictures easy, he was so sleepy and content. I love his chubby little cheeks and his very serious expression!
